Dr. Drew Bird joined the faculty at UT Southwestern in Dallas in 2009. He is Professor of Pediatrics and Internal Medicine in the Division of Allergy and Immunology, director of the Food Allergy Center at Children’s Medical Center, and interim division chief of the Division of Allergy and Immunology at UT Southwestern. His clinical and research interests focus on food allergy diagnosis and in understanding and treating life-threatening reactions to foods.
